The Assessment Planner

The Assessment Planner provides advance organizers to ensure an efficient, appropriate evaluation process as well as support intervention planning and report writing. The planner organizes the assessment process from beginning to end. The planner includes the Organizer for Behavioral Observations and the Behavioral Data Organizers. In addition, the planner includes organizers to display strengths and weaknesses from score interpretation as well as pre-existing data from previous testing and school records.

The Assessment Planner is an organizational system to make the assessment process, score analysis, data reporting, feedbacks and intervention planning more efficient. One component includes an organizer that structures classroom observations and another organizer can display standard scores, percentiles and stanines from pre-existing data from previous assessments as well as school records. Packets for parents, teachers and children (if appropriate) are provided to obtain information across observers and settings. Strengths and weaknesses are clearly organized to support intervention planning.

The Assessment Planner is recommended for psychologists and educational diagnosticians working in agencies, school systems or private practice.
